The whole education system of the Jamia has been classified into fifteen departments. Each of them is controlled on departmental system for specific studies. Every department is ruled under able and efficient guidance, experienced and tactful head of the department. All the departments with their specific duties and responsibilities are as follows.
1. Department of Ifta- in this department the students are admitted who completed DAUREH HADEETH course the students are taught the books of Ifta and trained to write the FATWA (solution of the problems according to the Islamic Law) wih full confidence and interest. This department grants the facility to the people who want to take the solution of their problem according to the Islamic Law.
2. Department of Arabic Language- under this department the full course of religion, Arabic from MIZAN TO BUKHARI SHAREEF is taught under DARSE NIZAMI COURSE throughout the year.
3. Department of Arabic Conversation- as the higher study of the Arabic needs the full command and fluency in the particular language. Jamia has separate department for this purpose where the students are taught Arabic language with full fluency and command.
4. Department of Person language- Persian language is more essential for Arabic education that any other language. Thus it becomes very important for students who want to study Arabic language. The book from HAMD-E-BARI, GULISTAN BOSTAN up to AKHLAQE MOHSINI are taught in this department.
5. Department of Qirat and Tajweed- every year a large number of students even the HUFFAZ (the persons who have memorized the whole HOLY QURAN) rush to Jamia to learn and fulfill the necessity.
6. Department of Hifz Holy Quran- In this department the students and teachers work hard. The classes are arranged of HIFZ (to get taught by heart THE HOLY QURAN) during the day and night. The teachers engage the students with full enthusiasm and devotion. They control the students with complete and special attention. As this department has more importance than any other department in the structure of education therefore it is praised in the world due to its motto of teaching HOLY QURAN correctly and in the limited span of time prescribed by the Jamia.
7. Department of Nazra- learning of the Holy Quran (simply reading by looking in the Quran) is essential for all, particularly for Hifz of the Quran. The Holy Quran is compulsory for every student.
8. Department of Deeniyaat- In this department the students are taught special and selected books about the MASAIL (solution of problems) and AQAID (Faith and Belief) regarding DEEN-E-ISLAM.
9. Department of Urdu- Urdu is the mother tongue of most students. Philosophical and standard language for Muslims in India is taught in this department.
10. Department of primary Classes- In the department primary classes are taught Hindi, Science, Mathematics and Social Studies according to government syllabus.
11. Department of Junior Classes- In this department Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, Social Studies are taught from 6 to 8 according to the Government syllabus both of the above departments are organized by the education board of U.P. Government.
12. Department of Tabligh- In the department of TABLIGH-E-IRSHAD of DEEN-E-ISLAM (preaching, learning and good knowledge about the religion of Islam) is controlled by Muballigh (Preacher) appointed by Jamia. He makes the program for the journey here and there, in nearby and neighbor villages for the purpose of preaching. Besides this, the selected teachers and students for the jamia also make visit near the country side areas once a week to inspire and invite the people towards the religion of Islam.
13. Department of Speech- In this department students practice the speech of Urdu and Persian languages. They get perfection in the speech and people are benefited by them.
14. Department of Writing- In the department students are made to practice Alphabet-writing for five months. After this practice they learn the basic facts of the art of writing which turn them into a perfect writer.
15. Department of Computer- In this department computer education is provided.
